Tammy R. Wyles is Environmental Regulatory Affairs and Permitting Director for Georgia-Pacific LLC in Atlanta, Georgiar. Georgia-Pacific is one of the world's leading manufacturers and marketers of building products, tissue, packaging, paper, pulp, and related chemicals. Tammy provides guidance and direction to the company's pulp & paper, building products, and chemical divisions on emerging and on-going air quality issues. Her responsibilities include developing strategies for complying with the construction and operating permit requirements of the Clean Air Act, briefing executive level management on upcoming issues that will impact the corporation, assisting the manufacturing divisions in obtaining the necessary air permits, managing the environmental training group, and working closely with industrial organizations in the development and implementation of various regulatory programs. Tammy has also provided oversight in the implementation of the Title V and 112(r) programs at Georgia-Pacific. She has been an active participant in the EPA negotiations on the New Sources Review (NSR)/Prevention of Significant Deterioration (PSD) permitting program reform. Prior to joining Georgia- Pacific, Tammy worked in the air quality consulting field for more than a decade, managing air permitting and modeling projects for a variety of industrial clients across the United States.

Greg L. Jones, CHMM is Senior Environmental Specialist, Technology and Environmental Sustainability Group, for AGL Resources in Atlanta, Georgia.

Terry D. Snell is Manager of the Environmental Division of The William L Bonnell Company, an aluminum extrusion company with headquarters located in Newnan, Georgia. Terry has been with Bonnell since 1992. Terry worked for the US Geological Survey, Water Resources Division, in Tampa, Florida before moving to Atlanta in 1976. Terry worked for the Georgia Environmental Protection Division from 1976 to 1979. Between 1979 and 1992, he was a consultant. As an active environmental leader in the aluminum industry, Terry serves on the Aluminum Extruder's Council Environmental Task Force, the Aluminum Anodizers Council Environmental Committee, and several environmental committees with the Aluminum Association.
Bonnell has been a member of GIEC since 1994 with specific interests in air, water, and hazardous waste. Terry was Board Chair in 2000 and 2001 and is currently a member of the Air, RCRA, HRSA, and Water Resources Workgroups. He is also a member of the National Association of Environmental Managers. Terry graduated from The University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Civil Engineering in 1976. Terry and his wife, Mary, reside in Atlanta.

N. Darahyl Dennis is Remediation/Land Manager
for Georgia Power and is past GIEC Chairman of the Board.
He has spent the majority of his career in the environmental
field with Georgia Power, employed in a variety of environmental
specialist and managerial roles. He has presided over
150 site remediations in the regulatory realms of Comprehensive
Environmental Response Compensation Liability and Recovery
Act (CERCLA), Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), Resource
Conservation Recovery Act (RCRA), Georgia Hazardous Sites
Response Act (HSRA), and the Georgia Underground Storage
Tank Act (GUSTA).
Prior to joining Georgia Power
in 1977, Darahyl worked for the Natural Science Foundation
and the Georgia State Health Department. He has authored
and co-authored 14 publications on various topics including
water / wastewater treatment, remediation, and regulatory
compliance. Darahyl graduated from Columbus State University
in 1974 with a B.S. in Biological Science.

Joseph M. Gennette is Engineer Environmental
Operations for Norfolk Southern Corporation in Atlanta,
Georgia. Norfolk Southern Corporation, a Norfolk, Virginia
company, operates a major freight railroad, Norfolk Southern
Railway Company, with its System Operations Center in
Atlanta. Norfolk Southern has been a member of GIEC since
1999 with specific interests in water, air, HSRA and solid
and hazardous waste.
Joseph graduated from
West Virginia University with a Bachelor of Science
in Civil Engineering in 1976. He joined Southern Railway
in 1976 and has served in various engineering positions
in Atlanta and Roanoke, Virginia for Southern Railway
and Norfolk Southern Corporation. He is a registered
professional engineer in Georgia active in several rail
industry environmental and engineering organizations
including AREA (now AREMA), ASCE and NSPE. "Norfolk
Southern sees GIEC as a valuable resource facilitating
collaborative dialog with state regulators and other
major industrial stakeholders to promote technically
sound environmental regulations and policies."

Jim McClatchey is Vice President and part owner
of Southern Aluminum Finishing Company, which is a fabricator,
distributor, and finisher of aluminum with facilities
in Georgia, Tennessee, North Carolina, and California.
Jim has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Stanford
University and an M.S. in Chemical Engineering from
the University of Wisconsin. He is a registered Professional
Engineer in Georgia. In addition to his responsibilities
for environmental compliance, Jim is Production Manager
for Southern Aluminum. In the recent past, Jim has been
Chair of the Environmental Committee of the Georgia
Industry Association, and Chairman of the Board for
both the Aluminum Anodizer's Council and the Architectural
Spray Coaters Association. "Since Southern Aluminum
joined GIEC in 1998, the benefits we've received as
a member far exceed the cost of membership."

Paul Sims is the Corporate Environmental Manager for Southwire in Carrollton, Georgia. He has worked in the Corporate Environmental Management Department at Southwire since 1992. Prior to his employment with Southwire, he worked in environmental consulting for six years. Paul received Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Civil Engineering from Auburn University and he is a registered Professional Engineer in Alabama, Georgia, and Kentucky.
At Southwire, Paul is responsible for providing environmental policy and compliance guidance to all Southwire facilities. In addition to his responsibilities at Southwire, he is actively involved in several environmental and industry organizations including GIEC, GW&PCA, National Electrical Manufacturers Association, West Georgia Local Emergency Planning Committee, Carroll County Chamber of Commerce, and EPA's Design for the Environment Program.
