RCRA Workgroup ~ Leslie Miller, RCRA Workgroup Chair ~ Formed in 1995 primarily to provide a forum for members to share and build on each other's experiences with respect to waste compliance and issues pertaining to the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act ~

This workgroup focuses on collectively addressing RCRA technical and regulatory issues of importance to Georgia industry. The group works toward common-sense policy, regulations and guidance that will help industry protect human health and the environment in a responsible and cost-effective manner. The workgroup provided input to EPD during development of Georgia's RCRA corrective action guidance and meets on a periodic basis to share corrective action experiences.
